I have fully retired from Medical Practice, as of Jan. 31, 2018 and the office is now permanently closed.
If you are a patient of mine (or a doctor’s office), requiring a copy of your medical records, please email your contact information including; full name, birth date, Alberta health number and email address, to:

and a copy of your office notes will be sent to you. This could take up to a week to retrieve (depending on what beach I am laying on), so be patient. Please use a private/personal email address and be aware that email is never 100% secure. If you would prefer me to mail them, send provide your mailing address.
Referrals to a new Plastic Surgeon should be made through your Family Doctor. If you have an emergency, go to the Rockyview Hospital and ask to see the Plastic Surgeon on-call.
All hospital records such as x-ray, pathology, nerve conduction studies and operative reports should be available on NetCare or from medical records at the Rockyview Hospital.
